There will always be people who need healing in their body. For whatever reason you may have an accident, overtrain, experience stress or trauma or become pregnant, the effects of which may accumulate enough to cause you discomfort.

At some time, we all need therapy or healing of some kind. When that happens, I am blessed to have the training, experience and gift to help. You deserve a safe, supportive space where you can recover and rehabilitate until you feel better again.

I am Kay Scantlebury, a certified yoga teacher and massage therapist. I am certified as a massage therapist through the International Examination Board of London. I have a combined 21 years experience of helping people to shed discomfort from their bodies and build body awareness. You can only heal it, if you feel it. Some of the common conditions I help with in the office weekly include, but not limited to: sciatica, headaches, frozen shoulder, stiff neck, tight shoulders, scoliosis, pregnancy discomfort, fused discs, knee pain, plantar fasciitis and stress.

I also formulate unique massage oils and body butters to further aid on your journey of wellness.
