There will always be people who need healing in their body. For whatever reason you may have an accident, overtrain, experience stress or trauma or become pregnant, the effects of which may accumulate enough to cause you discomfort.

At some time, we all need therapy or healing of some kind. When that happens, I am blessed to have the training, experience and gift to help. Sometimes people need a safe, supportive space where they can recover and rehabilitate until they feel better again.

I am Kay Scantlebury, a trained and certified yoga teacher and massage therapist. I am certified as a yoga teacher through the YogaSkills School of Kemetic Yoga and as a massage therapist through the International Examination Board of London. I have a combined 15 years experience of helping people to shed discomfort from their bodies and build body awareness. You can only heal it, if you feel it. Some of the common conditions I help with in the office weekly include, but not limited to: sciatica, headaches, frozen shoulder, stiff neck, tight shoulders, scoliosis, pregnancy discomfort, fused discs, knee pain, plantar fasciitis and stress.

I am happy that I currently find my therapeutic role to be deeply fulfilling and rewarding. People change so, who knows, I may not feel this way forever. But until then, you can definitely find me  helping people to relieve pain and stress so you can feel comfortable in your body once more.
